Questions
How do payments work?
Projects are split into a 50% deposit to secure your slot and reserve the schedule, with the balance due on launch. Larger builds can be staged across milestones, and Platform work can run on a monthly retainer instead.
What if my project does not fit a package?
Most do not, exactly. The tiers are a starting point that make the shape and cost of a build legible. We scope every project properly and quote against what you actually need — you will never be sold a tier you do not require.
Do I own the website?
Entirely. Code, design, domain and hosting accounts are yours, transferred to you on final payment. Nothing is locked to a proprietary builder and you are never trapped in a contract to keep your own site online.
Are the prices fixed?
Launch and Growth are fixed-fee — the number you agree is the number you pay, provided the scope does not change. Signature and Platform are scoped individually because the range of work is genuinely too wide for a single figure.
How long until my site is live?
Each tier lists an indicative window, and the honest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back to us. Projects where the client is responsive routinely land at the fast end of the range.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No. Every build is handed over ready for you to run. Care plans exist for owners who would rather the site simply stay fast, secure and improving without it becoming their job.
