About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, operated by STRATEX, Paphos, Cyprus. Client work is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement — not by this page.
Prices on this site are indicative
The figures shown on our pricing page are starting points to make the shape and cost of a project legible before you spend an hour on a call. They are not an offer capable of acceptance.
Every project is scoped individually and quoted in writing. The quoted figure is the one that binds, and it only takes effect once both sides have agreed it. Prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT where VAT applies.
Enquiries
Sending us an enquiry, whether through the contact form or by email, does not create a contract and does not reserve capacity. Work begins once a proposal is agreed and any deposit stated in it has been paid.
Ownership of work we deliver
On final payment, the code, design and content we produce for you transfer to you outright, along with the domain and hosting accounts set up in your name. We do not lock delivered work to a proprietary platform, and you do not need an ongoing contract with us to keep your site online.
We keep the right to describe and show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
This site’s own content
The text, design and code of this site belong to us. Client names, logos and screenshots shown in our portfolio remain the property of those clients and appear here as a record of work delivered.
You are welcome to link to any page here.
No warranty on the site itself
This site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here. Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
External links
Our portfolio links to live client sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
