The brief
Security is a trust purchase before it is a product purchase. Nobody hands over keys to their property on the strength of a price list. The company had over a decade of operating history and police licensing that its previous presentation buried, while the services themselves — alarms, monitoring, keyholding, Airbnb management — are bought by quite different customers.
What we built
We built the site so the credentials lead and the services are separated properly. Licensing and years in operation are stated up front rather than tucked into an about page, and each service gets its own page so a holiday-home owner looking for keyholding and a resident looking for an alarm both land somewhere relevant.
The Breakdown
Credentials first
Police licensing and operating history since 2012 placed where they do work, because this is a trust sale before anything else.
A page per service
Alarms, CCTV, guarding, keyholding and Airbnb management separated, since each is bought by a different customer for a different reason.
24/7 monitoring and response
The monitoring offer given its own space — it is the recurring-revenue product and the strongest differentiator.
Property management
The property and holiday-let side presented as a distinct service line, aimed at overseas owners.
